 It's been a busy couple of months over summer composing music for the Western Sydney Dance Maker's Collective's new show 'All In' which premieres in the 2025 Sydney Festival. It's been such a wonderful experience working with the collective and choreographer Miranda Wheen on this show, seeing it develop throughout 2024. It was great fun working with incredible South Indian percussionist Pirashanna Thevarajah, recording mridangam, ghatam, kanjira, morsing and vocal percussion. Having rhythm as an underpinning gave a lot of scope to layer field recordings, dancer interviews and synths to come up with the final track.
